Twinstick Tarantula
This was my submissionfor an assignment in a programming commercial game engines college class.
The assignment was to create the next big survival game. The art style, points, and feel were open but the core mechanics must be familiar to Vampire Survivor players. The player must control a character that is avoiding and shooting oncoming enemies. Each enemy that is eliminated gains you points. Once an enemy touches you, you lose and the game should start over.
All of the artwork, sound, and music used in this game are publicly or openly licensed assets. The artists have chosen to make their work free to the world, and I thank them for that. This game would not have been possible with out their generosity.
